hey, so here is a copy of a photo of model Rusty Joiner done in painter9. took forever to get his face right (i never drew him out first or anything, i just painted and changed as i went :S.. not the best idea LOL). i don't know how long this took, maybe like 20+ hours.
please critique!

This looks really good to me Cliff! I don't have any critiques. Really @__@;;
thanks a lot!
i hae some beef with it, of course.. head is too small, hands are too big, the body is longer than it is in the photo.. but that's what i get for not planning it out first, i guess. but i learned something, at least!
my god I thought it was a photo
You're crazy, Cliff, it looks pretty amazing, especially his hands.
He looks a little blurry around the neck and uh... right left... left ab
But god, I don't know how you do it! Oh, I didn't realize you weren't added to my links, I fixed that!
Holy shit thats awsome cliff....like what do u use in painter man....thats really deatailed OMG...he remind me of Matt Huges in UFC
haah this is amazing =D
only thing i would say is the left hand.

Very nice painting mr cliff!
Nice painting Cliff. Not too interested in the subject matter :P but the execution is looking pretty good. It's also a good thing to go back into it and carve out some of those fuzzy edges. Looking great tho!
You are one crazy motherfucker.
GOOD PAINTING Cliff. My only suggestion is let your paint suggest what is there. You don't need to go all in depth with it. A painting shouldn't be a replica of a picture. Afterall, if you want a photo-realistic piece, just use a camera instead. Let it loose and keep up the good work!
